How long will it take to repair my phone?
If you visit your local store, most screen repairs are undertaken within 15 – 45 minutes (subject to parts availability). Any other repairs are normally done the same day.
Will I lose any data from my mobile phone?
No. For simple screen & battery repairs, all information on the device is always safe. However, if there is excessive physical damage or water damage to the device before an initial repair/ diagnostic, then we will then notify you if data will not be recoverable.
What kind of parts do you use for repairs?
We only use 100% genuine parts where possible. If original parts are not available we will source the next best thing OEM parts from the same factories that produce the parts.
